Advertising: First of all, your contribution will get a link on this portfolio. A page with your logo and a short description. Through my social media with more than 1300 followers(facebook, instagram, ...), I can regularly post "Thanks to your company" or with your company's logo ( whether or not through clothing). Other forms of advertising are of course negotiable.
Rowing as team building: Do you and your management or other team wish to step into my shoes for a few hours? I would be delighted to initiate you into the wonderful sport of rowing. Because rowing is actually a peculiar sport. You sit with your back turned to the direction you want to go. With your eyes on what lies behind you, you have to work hard to get to the finish line faster than the competitors... Some valuable parallels with daily work situations in organisations and teams. Looking back and going forward! A great metaphor to work around with your organisation. Isn't it?
Employer branding: It is no longer so easy to find, bring in and retain talent. The competition for talented people is high, especially for certain profiles. In the meantime employees increasingly desire an employer who has an eye for talent and offers opportunities to grow. I certainly want to contribute with enthusiasm in this matter.
